Return Policy

Your consumer rights are important to us. This Return Policy sets out your right to withdraw from a purchase and the procedure for returning Velatrixor products.
1. Your Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product.
This right applies to distance purchases (online orders) only. It does not apply to business-to-business transactions.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The withdrawal notice must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be returned in its original, unopened and sealed condition.
- The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- The product must not have been used.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used dietary supplement products, unless the product is defective or not as described. This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU concerning goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may use the following model withdrawal statement (not mandatory):
"I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from our contract of sale of the following goods: [product name], received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date]."
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product, unless the item is defective, incorrect, or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Return the product to:

5. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice (or, if later, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any additional fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or one that does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. Please contact us promptly with a description of the issue and photographs where applicable. We will arrange collection of the defective item at no cost to you and provide a replacement or full refund.
Please notify us of any defect within a reasonable time of discovery.
7. Statutory Warranty
In accordance with Finnish consumer protection law, products must conform to the contract of sale. If a product does not conform at the time of delivery, you may request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or cancellation of the contract, depending on the circumstances. The statutory warranty period under Finnish law is generally 2 years from delivery for consumer goods.
